Exchanges:

- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
Returns:
- To request a return, please email us at info@weargilded.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for condition and eligibility.
- If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Items must be free from damage or signs of wear.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
